We are Santo Catholic Mission, a media and technology integrated mission established in Canada in 2020. We are dedicated to promoting daily Catholic prayers and faith practices among Catholics worldwide. Our global Catholic Prayer Mission unites Catholics through daily prayer and devotional practices, bridging cultural and linguistic barriers by making Catholic prayers accessible in multiple languages. We help the faithful deepen their relationship with God while preserving sacred traditions. Working under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, we foster a global community united in their devotion to Jesus Christ and commitment to Church teachings, answering the universal call to holiness through shared prayer and faith. Our team in Cochin is growing, and we're looking for talented designers who can bring fresh perspectives and exceptional skills to our collaborative environment.

Your Role

As a Creative Designer at our Cochin office, you will:

• Develop visual concepts and designs for Catholic prayer content across print and digital media including websites, social media, devotional materials, and brand collateral
• Collaborate with the creative team to generate ideas and design solutions that enhance the prayer experience and faith formation of Catholics worldwide
• Create compelling visual storytelling through graphics, typography, color, and layout
• Maintain brand consistency across various platforms while pushing creative boundaries
• Work directly with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective design solutions
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our creative output
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to elevate our work

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic or digital design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and creativity across different mediums
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive design
• Experience with motion graphics and basic animation (After Effects) is a plus
• Excellent typography skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in English, Malayalam knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines while maintaining creative excellence
• Problem-solving mindset and openness to feedback
